Various users reported that sync of email/calendar was not working anymore with Android devices. The log shows this error: “Error: Sync session XXXXXXX is outdated and no longer valid.“

Basically there is an issue with a specific build of Verse on Android -> 12.0.20.0 202304051915
To solve the problem, either clear the HCL Verse app data or re-install the app.
If you upgraded from 12.0.x directly to 12.0.20.0 202304061549, the app will continue to function correctly.
