Hola. me podrían indicar si estos paquetes de idioma son para cambiar completamente la aplicación y que esta este por ejemplo toda en Español?… adicional donde se encontrarían disponibles para la instalación.

Sí. Si descargas un “language pack”, esto requiere una instalación básica pero algunos paquetes están completos, por ejemplo IBM Notes v10.0.1 for Windows Spanish viene con inglés y español. Nota: para tener todo en otro idioma también necesitas actualizar las plantillas, por ejemplo, para el archivo de correo.
